a sword with those stats will not sell for 30k. at least not in US districts.
perhaps in euro districts where logic & reason seem to be on a permanent vacation.

Did you leave anything out from your first post? Like...a dmg modifier? (15^50, 14% enchanted, 13% stance, 14% while hexed, etc). If not, then I stick by my pc.
